Some areas had minor cleanliness issues, like dust and cobwebs. I found the towels to be a bit small for my liking, though bathrobes were available.

The unique experience of toasting marshmallows by the fire under the stars, combined with the attentive and generous hospitality of Phil, made our stay truly memorable.

Although beautiful, navigating the upper rooms might prove challenging for those with mobility issues. the lack of extensive dining options nearby means you’ll need to venture out for meals.

my stay in the Tudor Suite was absolutely delightful, especially with the stunning views of the lovely garden while enjoying delicious breakfasts, and the convenient location near amazing spots like the Halesworth Airfield Museum and beautiful Henham Park made my walking adventures truly enjoyable.

i had an amazing stay at valley farmhouse! it felt like stepping back in time with all the modern comforts. the spacious king suite was a delightful experience, truly exceeding my expectations from previous visits to southwold.
